ORDERING:

A: Browse our products, select the items you wish to purchase, and click "Add to Cart." Once you're ready to checkout, click on the cart icon and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?
A: You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us via call or email. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations as the order may already be processed.
Q: How do I apply a discount code?
A: Select the discount code from the coupons section during checkout. The discount will be reflected in your order total.
SHIPPING:
Q: What are your shipping options and costs?
A: We offer standard shipping with delivery within 7 to 10 business days unless otherwise specified on the product page. We offer free shipping on pre-paid orders.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we ship within India. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer service team. We will be available on amazon.com in the USA starting July 2024.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number on our website or the carrier’s website to track your package.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Returns, Refunds & Exchange policies:
Samskara Homes comply with the highest quality standards and takes excellent care in deliveries. However, in the rare instance you are unhappy with your purchase, please note the exchange/refund policy below.
Your order may be eligible for return or refund as per the below criteria:
- An exchange, refund or return request will be accepted within 7 days of receiving the package.
- If the delivered product has a defect in manufacturing.
- The product delivered is different from the product that was ordered.
- The product delivered must not be used. It should have the original packaging and tags intact.
- The receipt of the product should be handed over with the package.
- Items mentioned as "non-refundable" are not eligible for exchange or refund.
- Customized orders or bulk purchases do not qualify for return or exchange.
Exchange and Refunds:
If your purchase meets the exchange and refund criteria above, please contact us at hello@marblerosestudio.com within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds:
For damage or quality issues, please provide:
- The order number,
- Date of transaction,
- Delivery address and image of the defective item,
- The packaging it was received in,
Please pack the product in its original packaging along with the invoice, labels, tags, bags, and boxes.
The refund amount will be the value of the product returned, and not the complete purchase amount. The customer shall bear the cost of the transportation for returning the item.
Upon receipt of the product at our warehouse, it will be subject to quality inspection, and if it passes the review, a refund will be initiated.
In case of online payment, we the refund will be processed to the source account, which will reflect within 7 to 21 business days.
In case of cash on delivery payment, we will issue the refund in form of store credit, which can be redeemed while you are placing the next order on our website.
Exchanges:
Samskara Home will replace or exchange products if they have a manufacturing defect or the customer has received an incorrect product.
Samskara Home will accept the requests for exchange only if they are raised in between 7 working days from the product's delivery date.
The customer shall share a purchase receipt and the product's image (in case the product received is different from what was ordered or received broken).
Only the product that has manufacturing defects will be exchanged, not the complete order.
The customer will have to bear the transportation costs for returning the product to our warehouse.
If the product received with us is damaged, used or worn out, the customer shall not be eligible for the exchange.
Once we receive the product at our warehouse, there will be a quality inspection. When the product passes the review, we will dispatch a fresh piece to reach you within the standard specified shipping timelines.
