Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment:
If your order or any item(s) in it has not yet been shipped, you may request a cancellation by contacting our customer support team at hello@marblerosestudio.com or calling us at +91 8792495764 (Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM; closed on Sundays).
Please ensure you contact us within 24 hours of placing the order, as we typically dispatch orders the next day or within 48 hours.

After Shipment:
Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. If you do not wish to receive the order, you may refuse delivery. Upon return and successful quality check of the product, we will initiate a refund or replacement as applicable.
